These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter — the "Terms") govern the use of the biotechcorp website (hereinafter — the "Site"), owned by BIOTECHCORP LLC (hereinafter — the "Company", "we"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any of the provisions, please do not use the Site.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ukraine at the Company's location, unless otherwise provided by the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence (in particular, for consumers from the EU or the US, who may be entitled to have the dispute heard in the courts of their own country under local consumer protection law).
